Digital Transfer Film Pressing Instructions
Our DTF is suitable for hot or cold peel. For best results, we recommend cold/room temp peel. Heat, pressure, and time should be adjusted according to individual machines and substrates. The following are general recommendations for reference only.
- Pressure: 35-50 PSI
- Pre-Press: 5-7 seconds until moisture is gone
- Press: 290-320℉ 10-20 seconds
- Post-Press: 5-7 seconds with a teflon sheet or other preferred material

Instructions
1. After Cutting the Decal out, put on table white side up.
Using a Squeegee, go up and down putting pressure
on the paper.
2. Slowly separate the white paper from the clear film.
Make sure all image is lifting off the white paper
3. Carefully place your design on the surface. To reduce
bubbles, start on one side and work to the other.
4. Press firmly with hands, then using a squeegee,
rub up and down of image.
5. Now you are ready to peel off clear carrier sheet off.
Do this very slowly and watch to makes sure all of the
graphics are transferring. If not, reapply clear carrier
and put pressure on the graphics.
